We make an annual trip to Gorham and thought that this location was the best yet. Alex was very responsive and it was clear that he wanted to do whatever he could to make for a great stay. The location right in town was great as was parking directly in front of the apartment for loading and unloading. Being right on the main road made for some noise, however that was easily masked with the AC unit fan.

Our stay at the Coastal Gem was wonderful! The house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the necessities we needed. Its location was perfect, just a short drive to the ferry, restaurants, and shops. We would happily stay here again!

We had the best family vacation at this beautiful home in Sandwich! The main living area and kitchen were clean and spacious with plenty of seating for family gatherings. The main bedroom is basically an apartment in itself with an immaculate master bathroom attached. Two additional bedrooms have king beds which was perfect for this trip since we included both my parents & in-laws- & a 4th bedroom with large bunk beds that was perfect for our siblings. We happened to get a slight cold front during our stay but were able to make the most of it hanging in the hot tub and by the outdoor fire pit. The downtown area that we frequented for restaurants, beach walks and more was a quick 10 minute drive. We’d highly recommend stopping by Tree House Brewing while in the area. The hosts were incredibly responsive and so nice and accommodating! We hope to book this house for our annual family vacation for many years to come!!

Had a great stay in North Adams. Place was as described in the listing, and Carl was super helpful and responsive both before and during the trip. Easy walk to Mass MoCA.

We stayed at this property for a week at the end of July and it was such a cute home with all the amenities you could need. We were a group of 6, 3 adults and 3 children plus our Great Dane, Freya. We absolutely loved that we could bring our dog, it was a definite plus, and the fenced in yard was perfect for her and we also took her for morning walks in the neighborhood which was also nice and quiet. There were boogie boards, sand buckets and shovels as well as beach chairs in the garage-good to know for the next time we stay, we can pack less beach supplies! The home was comfortable and the mattresses were perfect for a good night’s sleep. The location is so conveniently close to Hyannis’ Main Street and perfect driving distance for anywhere else you want to visit. We spent the week at different beaches as well as visiting p-town and wellfleet. The hosts are extremely responsive and we highly recommend this property for your visit to the Cape. We will definitely be back next summer.

We loved our stay! The property had everything we needed. It was peaceful, we could walk to the beach, and were close to so many of the wonderful places Cape COD has to offer!

This cottage is adorable! Perfect for my husband and I with our small dog. The space was super clean and up to date. The location is awesome and host was very responsive. The cottage is in a cute and quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe. It is close to a walkable beach which was mostly rocky but Sandy Neck beach is 8 min from the house. Overall, we had an incredible stay and look forward to renting again next year.

Fantastic location and the house was comfortable and well-equipped with everything you could need to enjoy the lake. Really beautiful views. We enjoyed watching the bald eagle, kingfisher, and listening to the loons.

House was beautiful, clean and very spacious. We went down with 12 women for a girl's weekend and had plenty of space for all of us! Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need to cook a great meal! Having the extra in law space was great! Thanks for a great stay.
