We had a wonderful stay overall. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, and the views were absolutely amazing.. truly one of the highlights of the trip.
Unfortunately, our stay was cut a bit short due to frozen pipes during very cold weather. That said, the hosts were incredibly accommodating, communicative, and understanding throughout the situation, and they are refunding us for the nights we weren’t able to stay, which we really appreciate.
While the pipe issue does seem to happen during extreme cold, the way the hosts handled everything made a stressful situation much easier. We would absolutely stay again (especially in warmer weather) and recommend this place to others looking for a cozy, scenic getaway!!

Wonderful place to stay! Archer and Carl were super communicative and friendly. The place was great for both of our families that stayed. The most perfect touch was having the Christmas tree up. I was bummed (and almost brought one) thinking we wouldn’t have one going away so close to Christmas but it was such a delightful surprise! The kids loved cozying up in the living room on the floor watching a Christmas movie with the tree lit. It was a beautiful house, the lake has beautiful sunsets and the view is hard to beat. There’s an adorable country store not far that we loved to visit. If you get the chance stop in to Ira’s and say hi to Ayla and mojo! We look forward to staying again for sure. Thanks for making the home so homey and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in the cozy cabin over the Christmas holidays. It was extremely convenient to my family in Hopedale, MA. The sleigh bed was very comfortable. The kitchen, large tv and reclining couch made it feel like home. Loved that I could sign into my Hulu account to access NHL channel.
Our little dog felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again when visiting family in Hopedale/Milford MA.
The hosts, especially Archer, were very responsive when we had questions. They were respectful and gracious.
The photos definitely were reflective of the cabin in person.
One note since it wasn't listed: no iron is currently provided, I had to purchase a travel iron.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our weekend stay very much! The house was very neat and clean. It is in a very peaceful neighborhood. The host was very attentive as well. We look forward to being back in the future!

This is a surprisingly big house with tons of room for a lot of people. We were only three, but it was very accommodating. You don't have to love golf to stay here, but it sure wouldn't hurt! Well appointed, clean, and easy all around.

I was looking for a place where my family and friends could stay together while in New Hampshire for my graduation. I was first attracted to this property because of its features (especially the hot tub). Given that most Airbnb in this area are lakefront properties, it is important that we had the tub because its November(cold). Not only is this place exactly as described, it felt like home; very spacious yet cozy. we really enjoyed our stay, my family loved it and if we ever return to New Hampshire we will stay here again.

The house was very peacefully and the self check was easy. Everything was very clean We have a wonderful time staying there coming we are definitely booking the place again on the summer because I love the sea that’s in the back of the house. I would definitely recommended the house to someone else?

The hosts are extremely responsive. The location is convenient for a lot of the attractions New Hampshire has to offer. The apartment is clean and includes all the. amenities one could ask for. Good Value. A couple nice restaurants nearby and a Dunkin and a cool Antique Store within a very short walk.

Paige, Carl and Archer were exceptional hosts, and their home is absolutely perfect! Not to mention - the beds were the most comfortable AirBnB beds we’ve ever slept on! You’ll love it here as much as we did.
