• Water Safety: The property is located on a natural lake. Please supervise children at all times. All water activities are undertaken at your own risk. • Nature & Wildlife: You are surrounded by nature. Despite regular pest control, you may occasionally encounter insects or other local wildlife. • Unavailable for Guest Use: For your safety and our maintenance needs, the garage and the basement wood stove are not accessible to guests. • Hot Tub Agreement: By booking this property, you and your guests acknowledge and agree to follow all posted hot tub safety rules. Hot Tub Guidelines (Quick Summary) For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, please keep these simple guidelines in mind: • Use at your own risk and follow posted rules • Children must be supervised at all times • Limit sessions to 15 minutes to avoid overheating • No glass near the tub • Avoid alcohol before or during use • Replace the cover after each use A full Hot Tub Waiver and Release of Liability will be provided separately for your review. **Pet Policy** Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Before booking, please let us know the type, breed, age, weight, and number of pets you plan to bring. This home allows a maximum of one dog under 50 lbs with non-refundable pet fee. Cats are not permitted. Bringing an undisclosed or unapproved pet may result in additional fees, cancellation of the reservation where permitted by Airbnb's policies, or denial of check-in.
