You have access to the March’s Pond Association private beach. You may also use the provided town pass, located on the key rack next to the main door, to access: March’s Pond Walk in from the private dock or launch the included canoe or paddleboat. Merrymeeting Lake Town Beach Great for swimming, sunbathing, or picnics. Address: 19 South Shore Rd, New Durham, NH 03855 Distance: about 4.5 miles, roughly ten minutes by car. New Durham Boat Ramp Launch your canoe, kayak, or boat into Merrymeeting Lake. Address: Bennett Road Boat Launch, New Durham, NH 03855 Distance: about 4.8 miles, roughly ten to twelve minutes by car. Note: One canoe is currently out of service. Guests are welcome to use the remaining canoe and kayaks.

Other things to note Water Safety Any natural body of water carries risks including injury or drowning. Supervise children at all times. Swim at your own risk. Nature and Insects The home is immersed in nature and we perform regular bug control, but insects such as spiders and mosquitos may still be present. The lake is natural and conditions may vary, including possible algae blooms that affect swimability. Acknowledgment By booking, the Guest confirms they have read and understood the Agreement and accept its terms. Garage The garage is off limits and not part of the rental. Pet Policy A $50 fee will be charged for each instance of dog waste left on the property. Please clean up after your pet.
