You’ll have full access to your own beautifully renovated cottage, with convenient parking available for two or more vehicles. Also access to a private beach with kayak! Beach essentials are in the shed. The private beach is available exclusively to properties within the association. Located just a 7-minute drive from downtown Falmouth, you’ll be close to charming shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, and a great variety of restaurants. Traveling from out of town? We’re about 1 hour from Boston Logan Airport, making this the perfect and easy coastal getaway.
