Guests enjoy full access to the cottage, including private parking for two or more vehicles. Beach essentials are available in the shed, and the private beach is reserved exclusively for association homes. Located just 7 minutes from downtown Falmouth, you’ll find charming shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, and a variety of great restaurants nearby. Traveling from afar? The home is about 1 hour from Boston Logan Airport, making it an easy coastal getaway.
