All the facilities in the property are available for use. Neighborhood access: The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with scenic roads and walking opportunities nearby. Please respect all private property and posted signs. Guests do not have access to any private trails, gated roads, or resident-only beaches in the surrounding neighborhood. We kindly ask that you use only public areas during your stay.

The front and side of the property feature a large, visually appealing lawn. Outdoors, there is a three-seater swing, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. Cooking in this kitchen is a delightful experience.

Other Details to Note

The property is equipped with an emergency generator system to handle power outages caused by extreme weather. The generator automatically runs every Wednesday morning for about 20 minutes. When showering, please turn on the exhaust fan to remove steam. If cooking, make sure to turn on the range hood and open the kitchen windows/doors for ventilation, as smoke and steam can easily trigger the smoke alarm. There’s an extra child-sized bed in the master bedroom’s walk-in closet — a unique setup. An additional adult bed is located in the sunroom; it’s a wall bed that can be folded up to create space for yoga. The home can comfortably accommodate 8 to 9 guests. We have it listed for 3 beds per layout. Note: The sunroom includes an additional wall bed for your convenience. While the ceiling fan and light are no longer functional, a floor lamp is provided for lighting. This space is not listed as a bedroom but is available for your use. The property uses groundwater from a private well. If the water appears discolored at first, simply run the cold tap for about 10 minutes—any sediment will clear. This is a normal occurrence and poses no health risk. There’s a scenic walking trail starting at the front of the house—just take a left and enjoy a peaceful stroll past beautiful homes inside a gated community. **Pet Policy** Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Before booking, please let us know the type, breed, age, weight, and number of pets you plan to bring. This home allows a maximum of one dog under 50 lbs with non-refundable pet fee. Cats are not permitted. Bringing an undisclosed or unapproved pet may result in additional fees, cancellation of the reservation where permitted by Airbnb's policies, or denial of check-in.
