You have full access to the entire house. Relax in the hot tub, gather by the fire pit, cook meals in the full kitchen, and enjoy swimming or kayaking on the private lakefront. On site parking is available for multiple vehicles. Staff is available 24 hours a day.

Other Details to Note

• The main boat is off limits. Kayaks are available for guest use. About four life jackets are provided. • Any natural body of water comes with risks including injury or drowning. Supervise children and swim at your own risk. • The home is fully immersed in nature. Bug control is performed, but spiders, mosquitos, and other insects may appear. • The lake is natural and subject to conditions such as algae blooms that may affect swimability. Suana & Steam Room: By booking this home, guests acknowledge the following Sauna and Steam Room Waiver and Release of Liability: Acknowledgment of Risks Use of the sauna and steam room involves risks including heat stress, dehydration, fainting, respiratory difficulty, and other health complications. Guests voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown. Conditions of Use • Guests under 18 must have direct adult supervision. • Guests with health concerns including pregnancy, heart conditions, blood pressure issues, or respiratory conditions must consult a physician before use. • Do not use the sauna or steam room under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that impair judgment. • Limit use to 15 minute intervals to prevent overheating. • Guests are responsible for hydration and personal safety. Release of Liability Guests release and hold harmless the Owner of 241 Hooppole and all related parties from liability for injuries, illnesses, or property damage related to sauna and steam room use, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Indemnification Guests agree to indemnify and defend the Owner against all claims arising from use of the sauna and steam room by the guest or their invitees. Governing Law This agreement is governed by Massachusetts law. Acknowledgment By booking, guests accept all terms and assume all associated risks. Hot Tub This Hot Tub Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement is entered by and between the Owner of 241 Hooppole and the booking guest or guests in connection with 241 Hooppole Rd, Mashpee, MA 02649. Acknowledgment of Risks The Guest acknowledges that using the hot tub involves inherent risks including slips, falls, drowning, overheating, and reactions to chemicals or water quality. The Guest voluntarily assumes all known and unknown risks associated with hot tub use. Conditions of Use • Guests under age 18 may not use the hot tub without direct adult supervision. • Guests with health concerns, including pregnancy, heart conditions, or skin sensitivities, should consult a physician before use. • All posted safety rules must be followed, and the hot tub must never be used alone. • Glass containers are not permitted in or near the hot tub area. • The hot tub cover must be replaced after each use to maintain temperature and cleanliness. • To avoid overheating, use should be limited to fifteen minute intervals. • Alcohol should not be consumed before or during hot tub use, as heat may intensify its effects and lead to dizziness, drowsiness, or unconsciousness. Release of Liability The Guest releases, waives, and discharges the Owner and all related parties from liability for any injury, illness, or property damage related to hot tub use. This includes claims involving the Guest, family members, friends, invitees, or their representatives, whether the cause is negligence, conduct, or acts of the Owner or otherwise. Indemnification To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Owner from all losses, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from hot tub use by the Guest or their invitees. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the Property is located. Acknowledgment of Understanding The Guest confirms that they have read and understand this Agreement, accept all terms freely and without inducement, and acknowledge its binding nature on themselves and their representatives. Water Trampoline This Water Trampoline Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement is entered by and between the Owner of 241 Hooppole and the booking guest or guests in connection with 241 Hooppole Rd, Mashpee, MA 02649. Acknowledgment of Risks The Guest acknowledges that use of the water trampoline involves risks, including falls, impact injuries, drowning, and related water hazards. The Guest voluntarily assumes all such risks. Conditions of Use • Strong swimming ability is required, and life jackets must be worn at all times. • Children must be directly supervised by an adult. • No diving, flips, or rough play. • Do not exceed the posted maximum capacity of ___ persons. • Do not use while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing medications. • Use only in designated safe areas away from docks, boats, and shallow water. Release of Liability The Guest releases and holds harmless the Owner and all related parties from liability for injuries, drowning, or property damage related to trampoline use, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Indemnification The Guest agrees to indemnify and defend the Owner against all claims arising from use of the water trampoline by the Guest or their invitees. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of Massachusetts. Acknowledgment of Understanding By booking, the Guest acknowledges and accepts these terms and understands that they are assuming all associated risks. Steam Room Caution Guests should be very cautious when using the steam room. Avoid touching the steam directly or sitting too close to the outlet where the steam is released, especially near the silver metal area at the end.
