It's a residential neighborhood, so please respect the neighbors. A mile away are quaint boutiques and restaurants on Main Street. Within 2-miles are 8 beaches, as well as every store you could ever need. Artists’ shanties are located off the main green in Hyannis, which has special cultural and musical events all through the summer. If you're into history, there are great museums about JFK, Natural History, Cape Verdean History, Maritime History, etc, as well as a narrated tour on the Cape Cod Railroad. Live theatre and concerts nearby as well.

You have access to 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, common spaces, front, side and back yards including outdoor dining and custom built fire pit. Because of the furniture in the children’s room (a double sized bunk bed and single trundle bed) the house is limited to no more than 6 adults and 2+ children, up to a total of 8 people. Visit the JFK Hyannis Museum, Cape Cod Maritime Museum, or take a ferry to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. For something unique, hop aboard the Cape Cod Railroad for a scenic ride and fine dining experience. Remote work? No problem! High-speed internet lets you work from the patio or the desk in a quiet upstairs bedroom. Sleeping arrangements include 3 bedrooms with plush memory foam queen mattresses for up to 6 adults, plus a kids’ room with a full-sized bunk bed and trundle (8 max, 6 adults). Comfort is ensured with seasonal AC units and heating in every room. For entertainment, borrow a book from the shelves, play board games like Twister or Cards Against Humanity, or enjoy outdoor games like glow-in-the-dark Connect 4 and lawn bowling. Dog-friendly, we welcome one crate-trained, well-behaved pup.

• The town-mandated occupancy limit for this property is a maximum of 8 people. • We cap the number of adults at 6 per reservation. The bunk beds are designed for children and are not suitable for adult weight. Thank you for your understanding. **Pet Policy** ONLY DOGS are allowed and only with prior approval. Before booking, please let us know the type, breed, age, and weight of your dog as well as what type of crate you plan to bring for when you are out of the house without the dog. This home allows a maximum of one dog under 50 lbs with non-refundable pet fee. Cats and other animals are never permitted due to severe owner allergies. Bringing an undisclosed or unapproved pet will result in substancial additional fees, cancellation of the reservation where permitted by Airbnb's policies, and/or or denial of check-in.

The driveway can accommodate 4 cars (the garage is saved for things that aren't cars!). You can easily bike or drive into town or to the local beaches. If you want to avoid paying for parking at the beaches, there are municipal lots for free parking off Main Street and you can take a trolley to the beaches.
