It's a residential neighborhood, so please respect the neighbors. A mile away are quaint boutiques and restaurants on Main Street. Within 2-miles are 8 beaches, as well as every store you could ever need. Artists’ shanties are located off the main green in Hyannis, which has special cultural and musical events all through the summer. If you're into history, there are great museums about JFK, Natural History, Cape Verdean History, Maritime History, etc, as well as a narrated tour on the Cape Cod Railroad. Live theatre and concerts nearby as well.

Guest Access

You have access to 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, common spaces, front, side and back yards including outdoor dining and custom built fire pit as well as garage. Because of the furniture in the children’s room (a double sized bunk bed and single trundle bed) the house is limited to no more than 6 adults and 2+ children, up to a total of 8 people. Welcome to this recently renovated 4-bedroom Cape Cod-style home, designed to provide ultimate relaxation and unforgettable memories year-round. Inside, enjoy a high-end, fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar seating, All-Clad cookware, and an open layout perfect for socializing. Dine indoors at the elegant table for 8 or outdoors on the patio with a new RH patio dining set. Afterward, unwind by the custom-built fire pit on cozy lounge furniture. Beach lovers have over a dozen beaches within 2 miles, with water warm into the fall. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the luxurious rainfall outdoor shower, then explore Main Street's boutiques, local restaurants, and charming shops just a mile away. From Main Street, walk to the JFK Hyannis or Maritime Museums or walk toward the harbor, visit the local Artists’ Shanties and attend the plentiful outdoor events on the Village Green. Within a short drive, visit year-round local attractions like the Cahoon American Art Museum, the Natural History Museum or the Edward Gorey House. Tired after driving down to the Cape but want to explore? Take a whale watch or harbor sunset cruise, hop on a ferry to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard, or climb aboard the Cape Cod Railroad for a scenic ride and fine dining experience. Remote work? No problem! High-speed internet lets you work from the patio or the desk in a quiet upstairs bedroom. Sleeping arrangements include 3 bedrooms with plush memory foam queen mattresses for up to 6 adults, plus a kids’ room with a full-sized bunk bed and trundle (8 max, 6 adults). Comfort is ensured with seasonal AC units and heating in every room. For entertainment, borrow both kids’ and adult books from the “library”, go low tech games like or Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, or enjoy outdoor games like giant Connect 4 and lawn bowling. We will consider one crate-trained, well-behaved pup who stays off furniture. No other animals allowed.

Other Details to Note

As noted above, the limit of 8 guests includes up to 6 adults plus children. The town sets the maximum number of guests to 8. Adults capped at 6 because kids’ bunk beds are not designed to hold adult weight.

The driveway can accommodate 4 cars (the garage is saved for things that aren't cars!). You can easily bike or drive into town or to the local beaches. If you want to avoid paying for parking at the beaches, there are municipal lots for free parking off Main Street and you can take a trolley to the beaches.
