Welcome to our cozy two-bedroom cottage directly across from Sunrise Lake. Perfect for families or small groups, the home features: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Two Queen beds with a bunk bed setup Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living area with a TV, and a dining space to enjoy meals together. Step out onto the deck for morning coffee or relax by the fire pit in the evening. With a peaceful lakeside setting and charming rustic touches, this retreat offers the perfect mix of comfort and nature.

2 kayaks and 1 paddleboard available for guest use Life jackets and beach gear stored in the shed Boat ramp key included Beach pass provided The beach is just steps from the cottage Firewood is usually stocked, but if unavailable, guests may need to purchase some locally for the firepit Spacious backyard—perfect for family fun! *Important*- Filtration system - 9am for 5 minutes and 10:30 for an hour and then 12 to 2pm, please refrain from using showers during this time. The filtration system is noisy and is set a few times a week as needed. NOTE: Wildlife may be present around the home due to the natural surroundings, please stay safe!
