Sandwich is a wonderful beach community of mainly residential homes. It is considered the most historic of all towns on the cape. We are located towards the end of an off road on the way to a less populated beach. This cottage is part of a community of 8 cottages next to each other but all with their own private space.

Guest Access

You will have access to your own newly renovated cottage with its own outdoor area that includes a hot tub, seating area with propane firepit, and a propane grill. You have access to your own private deck area. Your cottage has its own parking for 1 car. A second car is allowed. We are a quick 7 minute drive to downtown Sandwich, which has plenty of shopping, grocery stores, pharmacies, and food & beverage options. For those traveling from out of town, we are a 1 hour drive from the Boston Logan airport.

Spend time on the beach or hang out in this amenity-rich cottage community! The cottage has been newly renovated with a modern design to make the absolute most of a Cape Cod cottage. From the outside this may look like a tiny home, but inside the cottage the expanded space with vaulted ceilings gives you more room to spread out and enjoy your time. In an incredibly quiet neighborhood just a brief walk from the sandy shores of East Sandwich Beach, this off-the-beaten-path cottage feels like it is in a world of its own, yet remains close to everything you could want. Don’t worry about beach parking in the summer - just stroll down to the wonderful local beach. Don’t feel like going to the beach? Feel free to spend time at your cottage, relaxing inside the air conditioned space, or sitting outside and grilling on your barbecue. You can also take advantage of the luxury HOT TUB, huge private deck, or take your four-legged friend to check out the dog park on the property. Explore all that Cape Cod has to offer, both locally and further down the peninsula, and in the evening come back to grill up some dinner at your cottage, hang out under the stars, or go for a walk at night along the beach where you can seemingly explore forever in either direction. You can do a combined listing of the 3 of them! * Please note that we operate as a two season property - a summer season (roughly May 15-Oct 1) and a winter season (roughly Oct 1-May 15). Not all amenities may be available during the winter season, as shown with an asterisk on the amenity list above.

Please note any water activities inherently come with risk of injury or drowning, so please supervise children and exercise caution at all times. Hot Tub Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement: This Hot Tub Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by the property owner (the “Owner”) and the guest(s) making the reservation (collectively, the “Guest”) in connection with the property where the booking is confirmed (the “Property”). Acknowledgment of Risks: The Guest acknowledges that the use of the hot tub at the Property involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to slips, falls, drowning, overheating, and reactions to the hot tub chemicals and water quality. The Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the hot tub, whether known or unknown. Conditions of Use: 1. Age Requirement: Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the hot tub without direct adult supervision. 2. Health Precautions: Guests with health concerns, including but not limited to pregnancy, heart conditions, or skin sensitivities, should consult a physician before using the hot tub. 3. Safety Rules: Guests agree to abide by all safety rules posted at the Property and to use the hot tub in a manner that does not endanger themselves or others. Do not use, or allow the hot tub to be used, alone. 4. No Glass: Glass containers are strictly prohibited in or near the hot tub area. 5. Cover: The hot tub cover must be replaced after each use to maintain water temperature and cleanliness. 6. Duration: To avoid overheating, Guests are advised not to use the hot tub for longer than 15-minute intervals. 7. Alcoholic beverages should not be consumed before or during hot tub use. The temperature of the water may intensify the effects of alcohol and cause drowsiness, dizziness and/or unconsciousness. Release of Liability: The Guest hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Owner, the Owner’s agents, employees, and any other parties involved in the ownership and management of the Property, from any and all liability to the Guest (which includes but is not limited to the Guest’s family, friends and invitees), their personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore, on account of bodily harm, or injury to any person or damage to property, arising out of or related to the use of the hot tub at the Property, whether caused by the negligence, conduct and acts of the Owner or otherwise. Indemnification: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guest agrees to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Owner from any and all loss, liability, damage, or cost in connection with claims made or brought against the Owner arising out of or related to the use of the hot tub by the Guest or their invitees. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Property is located. Acknowledgment of Understanding: The Guest has read this Agreement, fully understands its terms, understands that they have given up substantial rights by acknowledging, and have agreed freely and without any inducement or assurance of any nature. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns, and personal representatives.

A car is necessary to get around - and parking here is easy! There is enough room for 2 cars.
